When booking, approximately 1/3 of the total amount is paid to our account to confirm the booking. The exact amount will be stated in the communication.

NB! Total amounts under NOK 2500 must be paid in full when ordering.

By transferring the partial payment, the booking is confirmed. At the same time, you confirm that you accept our payment and cancellation policies.

  

The remaining payment must be transferred by bank transfer no later than 7 days before arrival.

When booking less than 14 days before arrival, the total amount is payable at the time of booking.

Cancellation:

All cancellations or changes must be made in writing / by email to bulandsferie@gmail.com

If you cancel more than 14* days before your arrival date, you will not be invoiced for the remaining amount. The partial payment for the booking will not be refunded.

* Please note! For larger bookings, such as stays over 5 days, or multiple units at the same time, the cancellation period will be longer. Up to 6 weeks. Unless otherwise specifically agreed, this period applies.

If cancelled less than 14* days before arrival, the customer is responsible for the full amount. The amount will be invoiced to the customer.

If the stay is interrupted before the booking period ends, the remaining amount will not be refunded.

In the event of illness, the guest will pay for the stay. We recommend that guests have travel insurance that covers cancellation in the event of illness.
